Let’s breathe deeply so that we won’t lose to the new corona.

I would like to introduce a samurai breathing as a method of spiritual unification that anyone anywhere can do every day.

Close your eyes and concentrate your breath on the one point in the lower abdomen.

Draw yourself up slightly and open your mouth, and quietly begin to exhale for about ten seconds, and close your mouth for two seconds.

Then take a long breath for about seven seconds into your lower abdomen.

If you repeat this about for ten minutes before you go to bed or early in the morning, you can get a strong mind and body like Japanese samurai.
